The sizing and geographical diversification of its land bank is a competitive advantage, as good quality land (well located) is scarce.
The strategy of the company centres on consolidating its presence as a leading residential developer in Spain, while optimizing its land bank. As for its presence in the tertiary segment, it pursues the highest value creation of the land bank it owns of this particular asset class through either land sales or their development. In the long term, Metrovacesa aims to become a pure residential developer player. Throughout that process the company will focus on generating cash flow while offering its shareholders a very attractive remuneration.
